"El hotel tiene muchas comodidades como que con media pensión llegamos el primer día con el restaurante cerrado, pero nos habían reservado cena. La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda con muchos detalles y todo lo que necesites. El personal es muy atento y profesional., nos hicieron pasar unos días inolvidable. Esperamos volver."

Seuls bémols seraient la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée (poubelle non vidée, état vétusté de la poubelle de la salle de bain) et petit déjeuner non varié... une cafetière dans la chambre serait sympa .... "Great location and reasonable price. The staff were really helpful and kind. Main things to mention that were not great - the breakfast was quite mediocre but not the end of the world. The rooms were nice and clean but aircon was on the weak side. Overall really nice place for a short stay in Ciutadella."

"Pool is across the road but nice and relaxed. Staff were helpful, and answered all questions. Free shuttle to Punta Prima is worth using as well as the paid shuttle to Mahon. Private pool was not cleaned as much as we needed and our room smelt of mould/damp when the air con was off. Some facilities such as the shower, could do with updating."

"Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back."
