"Nous avions réserver avec Expédia. Rendu sur place la dame me dit qu'ils n'avait pas de réservation à notre nom. Je lui montre ma preuve d'expédia et la dame me dit de communiquer avec Expédia car ils ne font pas affaire avec eux. Il restait une chambre que j'ai pu louer mais plus cher que avec Expédia. "They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"No hot water in the shower. Charged us an extra 15USD for the 2nd person in the room. Food was so-so and pricey. They offered fruit for the morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. "Berlor Inn worked well for us as our airport stay. It was close to many car rental agencies for easy pick up/drop off. The courtyard and pool was a nice little oasis after travelling. The breakfast was made fresh."

Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. "Great unique hotel. Pool, sauna, tennis court, and great steakhouse on site."

"I have stayed here several times, but it has changed over time. The restaurant has changed and now has a few craft beers, but the service was better before. There is some new venue close by that blasts music. I suppose that makes the hotel more convenient if you are going to that venue, but less pleasant if you are just looking to have an easy trip to/from the airport."
