"Our stay at TRU, was great. We arrived at 6 PM and the staff member at the front desk was very friendly. He was an African-American guy. I cannot remember his name, but he was very friendly and very helpful. We had food delivered, and he made sure we have plates and napkins, which was so kind of him. The hotel rooms were clean. I will say the bathroom could be a little cleaner. I did see hair in the shower and all of that so could’ve been a honest miss. The pool area was clean and fresh towels were readily available. Pool area, Everything intact nothing broken. The morning breakfast was very simple. I like the idea of having wrapped apples and the the staff was helpful when the pancake mix ran out and also one of the staff members helped my child with instructions on how to make the pancake. Check out was very easy and overall, we were happy with our staying."
