If you attempted to change the channel, go into netflix, turn volume up or turn tv off it would either not work at all or would take up to 1 minute to work and then it would jump around. We thought it was the batteries in the remote sp exchanged for new batteries, still no luck. Spoke to the front desk and he came up to take a look. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. "This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. "The breakfast was delicious, excellent sausage cheese potato casserole. However the coffee wasn't good. Folgers is a very low rated coffee, so this was a big disappointment for my wife and I. Also, the check-in person was a bit difficult to understand, didn't make it very clear that our room was in a separate building"
