"The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. "Clean room, awesome breakfast "

"Needs an update. No microwave Breakfast food was terrible quality. Lights not working in the room. The dresser would not close at all. (accidentally ripped one of my shirts when it caught on the corner of it. Otherwise, the hotel does what it’s meant to- sleep and go. Pillows were good though. Although I am at the age when I bring my own already. "

"No pool use Parking was fine Staff was helpful Missing was the luggage cart at check-in Bathtub had a high step over wall that is very dangerous for elderly people. I did not use it, my wife managed to climb over the rim"

"My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson."

"The rooms have been recently updated. The room was very clean, front desk staff are always friendly, and service is always exceptional. This is my favorite place to stay in Branson. I would have liked some boiled eggs and/or yogurt, or maybe cottage cheese and fresh fruit like bananas to balance breakfast as I cannot eat grease (sausage), and don't care for scrambled eggs much. Kaily and Ashley went above and beyond taking care of us! The owners of this establishment were very kind and gracious to me and my family. We can’t wait to come back! "

"I arrived after 9pm, the staff called me and made arrangements for me to get in after hours, very nice touch! Very handsome lobby, the room was small but exceptionally comfortable and well maintained. Will stay here again!"

"Room appeared to be clean, but very worn. The carpet was in tatters at the door and the bed was horrible. You could see the sag in the mattress from the doorway. We had booked for 2 nights. The bed was so bad that we left after 1 night. When we told the front desk that the bed was so bad that we were checking out, she just said "OK". We forfeited a paid night and she didn't seem to care. "

"It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. "
