The cabin was absolutely beautiful. I also loved the small knit knacks they left for us complimentary.
However, there are a few things that I wish was better noted. The dishes left behind were absolutely filthy. There was still grime and food residue left behind from previous tenants on almost every single one of the very LIMITED kitchen utensils provided. In the bathroom, the shower floor was also filthy. It made me question the cleanliness of everything else in the cabin. I also wish they provided more than two towels as the floors are extremely cold in the bathroom during colder seasons and it's also very wet after use even with the shower curtains. To be able to have an extra towel or two to mop or use to step on to collect excess water would be nice.
PSA for anyone looking to stay here: While these cabins are often advertised as secluded and tucked away, they are actually built very close together. If you're looking for a private or intimate getaway, this might not be the right fit. I expected multiple cabins on the property (of course), but I was not expecting the cabins to be very close to one another. We could constantly see and hear our neighbors on a daily basis."
