"I booked a junior suite for us in February for a stay in May. When we arrived, they told us that they had overbooked and there was not a room available for us. I would suggest avoiding this hotel unless you want your reservation canceled for no reason."

"This is the type of place you’d take a bad bar room decision. Carpeting is stained throughout and the tile floors were sticking to our feet."

"It was good for an overnight stay. For a longer stay, I would prefer a property that has a staff available to address any issues. The room was clean, except for one pillowcase that looked as if it had not been changed (there were mascara stains all over it). With no front desk staff, we opted to use the extra pillows that were provided in the closet. Other than that, it was a nice, clean, quiet property."

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

"We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Concord! The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed in Concord. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
