Staff are very polite and helpful, best hotel in Mersin

A beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional hospitality. Warm, friendly staff, a peaceful atmosphere, and great attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Staff was great. Specifically Miss Eda at the reception and all the Vales…

There were no plates, knives or forks in the room. Nor pots or pans. Bulbs not working it was not as pleasant as first time we stayed. Also we had to virtually beg for the welcome drink. Not as good as the first time we stayed there.

Very good hotel, quiet and very clean, the breakfast is marvellous

As always, room, staff amazing

Pleasantly surprised by my stay here. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Tasty breakfast in the mornings. Tea on site all day. All for a very affordable price. Can't beat it.
