Crappiest hotel in Turkey

Apart from being very central and offering a reasonable breakfast, everything else was negative about our stay at hotel Sevron. The daytime hotel manager didn’t make an effort, while the night porter spoke several languages. The hotel staff smoked in the dining room and in the bed rooms while cleaning them. We had two different rooms, one had a leaking basin, the other lack of water in the shower. Bed linen was dirty and we had to ask for a duvet (December). The lift broke down during our stay and wasn’t mended 2 days later. We were on the 4th floor! The Price didn’t match what was written on Hotels.com website and increased by 300tl for New Years eve, although no change in the service nor information on what entertainment there was for new year’s eve. I think the hotel is competing to be the crappiest hotel in Turkey. Certainly it was the worst we stayed in.

Right at the city center at low price

Okay City Hotel old but near everything There was breakfast but there were only dried bread ends left. And even if there was four Employees sitting in the dining area det var busy smoking and talk to each other no one lift a finger to check if there was bread so we end up buying our own bread and eat there

First they tried to convince you that Expedia reservation number is not correct, then you should have long debate about reservation to check in. Room is dirty, toilet is very unclean, no hot water and even shower is broken. Not recommended at all.

Hotel ligt in centrum alles op loopafstand of openbaar vervoer. Leuke winkels en eetgelegenheden. Kamer is wel aan een beurtje toe. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Niks is teveel gevraagd. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles. Ontbijt was voldoende . Tegenover het hotel is er een live muziek zaal , dit is gehorig, maar als je je ramen sluit is het niet storend. Airco deed het goed. Mijn inziens heeft het hotel wel een renovatie nodig. Het was voor ons alleen maar slapen en douchen. Overdag is er buiten zoveel te doen en te zien in Mersin.

Merkezde oluşu iyi resepsiyonda çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Ancak tuvalet ve banyo çok bakımsız. Klima çok gürültülü çalışıyor. Sabah kahvaltısı bu peynir ve zeytinleri nereden buldunuz dedirtiyor. Kalite çok düşük. Fotoğraf çekmediğim için ekleyemedim.

Savran Otel diye gittik, başka bir otel olan Mersin Deniz oteline götürüldük. Otel fotoğraflarda gösterilen otelden daha farklı, googlede gösterilen otelden farklı bambaşka bir yerdi. Tuvaleti ve banyosu rezildi. Duş için sıcak su yetersiz, havlular kirli ve kötü durumdaydı. Yataklarda yorgan yok, battaniye ile soğukta yatmak zorunda kaldık. Tuvaletin sifonu bozuk heryere su döküyordu. Televizyon yok, Klima yoktu
