"This property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I personally prefer a room with a tub and shower and it only had a shower. I thought I had reserved a tub and shower room but was still put in a room without a tub. Parking is good at this time of year but if they are busy you could need to pay for parking, especially during spring training."

"First time staying at a Sheraton, definitely wasn’t impressed. Our room had no trash bags, tampon wrapper and gum stuck in the liner less trash can, AC filters that haven’t been changed since 2025, dust blowing everywhere, AC that can’t keep up due to dust clogging up the filter/ coils, no room service menus either physically or digitally, and much more. The in house bar closed early on a Friday night of all nights, same as the restaurant. Shower door was recently “repaired” but improperly. Door couldn’t open right and didn’t seal at all, making a huge wet mess with every shower. A sharp piece of plastic was found in our linen after it stabbed my wife in her arm. Honestly the only saving graces were the front desk staff and the lovely view of the park from our room. I’ve had much better experiences at 3 star or less establishments. All the extras you pay for either close early with no warning, or aren’t worth the charge ($25 to park 5 minutes away from the front door in an unsecured lot is nuts). I was given $20 in vouchers upon check in, but couldn’t even find a way to use them during my stay. Can’t order room service if you don’t know what to order or when, bars closed early, nobody manning the valet desk the multiple times we went in and out, so where do you use these vouchers?? I truly hope this was a one off situation, and the staff did go above and beyond to try to rectify the problems, but this is too much for a hotel with this sort of name/ reputation!"

"The property was great and the host was very quick to respond when needing certain questions answered. Room was super clean when we walked in. Only 1 bugaboo I had was: we had to find parking somewhere else rather than on the property itself. I understand that parking is for paying customers who live at that place, however, if people are paying to stay there, they should have access to the parking spot corresponding to the room. Me and my guest were there for a convention and had some heavy luggage to haul back and forth from a parking spot we finally found after about 30min of looking. Once again i understand the rules of the property but it makes it ALMOST a deal breaker, BUT, other than that, the stay was comfortable and was as advertised."
