"The hotel is in the heart of Arusha city center. Great location and walking distances to cafe shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very limited, but they can do better than what they offer. Arusha has plenty of fresh food coming from the farms everyday I don’t see why they shouldn’t take advantage of that. The only one thing that I thought was outrageous was room service. They charge $12 for room service and if you bring any food in your room from outside they charge $10 cleaning charges. For this is not acceptable if you are playing $140-$150 per night. "

"The air conditioner didn't work so the room was too hot to to sleep comfortably in. They tried to swap out a unit from an adjacent room but that didn't work either. So I have a sense that the issue isn't in the single room"

"Conveniently located near Arusha ARK airport. Clean and safe with some maintenance issues (flickering lights). Not the most comfortable beds, but acceptable. Overall a good choice if you require easy access to ARK. "
