Pay attention to the last part. Kudos to the staff, very friendly, clean & great amenities. We will be back as we find ourselves around these parts frequently."

"The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful! I gave a 3 star only because when asking the housekeeper for a garbage bag, she said she didn’t speak English. "Started off with problems with the system when checking in and ended up having my card locked due to the staff having me swiped it so many times. Parking is also $10 a day in a parking garage that you’re suppose to park on level 5,6,or 7 that an elevator doesn’t work on so you have to walk the stairs with all your belongings. Then there was roaches in the pool area as well as the hallway walls, when brought to the staffs attention she said she“we’ve been waiting for pest control all week” Then...

"One of the worst we've ever experienced. We wanted to leave after two minutes, but they were talking about withholding a refund. They finally gave a little more than half back after just one night of a 3-night reservation. We took it and ran!"
