"The staff were friendly. I was on 4th floor. Not sure if there had been a leak as wardrobe was really damp smelling. Uber eats deliver to hotel and pool is open from 9am. The air conditioning unit needed an upgrade was really loud with bright lights also there wasn't a fridge in the room. It's handy for airport, but I would only stay again if I had a flight at a silly time"

"During my recent stay, I encountered a very challenging situation with a staff member named Jose from Corporate Stays. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation could not be located and that I would need to resubmit payment. I provided my receipt as proof of payment, but I was told the transaction had not processed. To resolve the issue, I immediately contacted Expedia, who confirmed my reservation, resent the confirmation, and spoke directly with the staff on my behalf. Despite this, Jose continued to dispute the validity of my booking and was uncooperative throughout the process. As a result, I had to reach out to Corporate Stays directly to get the matter resolved. This was particularly stressful, as I had just traveled internationally to Panama and was at risk of not having accommodations, despite having a confirmed reservation. Throughout the interaction, Jose’s demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. He appeared unwilling to consider the documentation and third-party confirmation provided, and the situation was further complicated by inconsistent communication with his team. While Arcadia is a beautiful property and a place I have enjoyed staying at in the past, this experience with the check-in process and staff was disappointing and significantly impacted my arrival. It took several hours to reach a resolution. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the guest experience moving forward.It feels like they were taking advantage"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating with bag storage and airport transportation but the condition of the property was very disappointing. The "garden view" was a junky backyard and non of the common spaces had air conditioning. The room didn't have any cups for water and the water for the shower didn't get beyond lukewarm"

"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese, meat, pasta and wine selections."

"# 1, very close to the airport. A very modern and clean place to stay, the outside pool and restaurant is a huge bonus. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would be very hard pressed to say anything negative. 100% impressed with the accommodation provided."

"The property is literally falling apart. There is no electrical outlets, the chair by the small desk is ripped and the tv dangles in the wall. There is no channels. The windows have never been cleaned by looking at the amount of dirt on the inside. The bathroom is a mess, the toilet is loose both the tank and bowl. The shower’s needs caulking with mold removal and the shower door is cracked. The staff upon C/I should be more welcoming and friendly, it seems like I was bothering her with basic questions. "
