"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...

"Only stayed one night but a nice room with good WiFi and very comfortable. Also looked after our luggage on our last day before an onward overnight flight. "

"A great base. Very clean hotel which met all our needs. We got used quickly to the lack of a closet and managed without. There was a cupboard next to our room with access to ironing boards and irons. We liked having access to the rooftop bar and mezzanine floor to relax. The free hot drinks and bottles of water were a welcome bonus. We’d thoroughly recommend this hotel."
