"We booked two rooms and arrived around 4 PM. At check-in, we were given both room keys, only to find that one of the rooms was still dirty and completely not ready. We then had to wait over an hour just to settle into the room. That alone was already unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the situation with parking. Nowhere does it clearly state that you cannot exit without validating the ticket, and nobody explains it at check-in either. I was already running late, and the gentleman working parking could not have cared less that we were hotel guests staying another night. Instead, we were forced to wait in a long line just to scan a ticket. Completely ridiculous and poorly managed.
On top of that, the speed bumps are absurdly high and can easily damage a car. Between the room not being ready, the parking chaos, and the terrible customer service, this was an extremely frustrating experience. First and last time staying here."
