This was a perfect rental! Everything about it was superior. It was spotlessly cean, Everything was new and updated. we had Everything we could imagine and complimentary local snacks and candy and waters. It was an amazing view of the city and the perfect location to walk to all the attractions and tour the city. Everyone of the staff were kind and helpful.

The room iis fully facilitated with kitchen, good for families. Rooms are very clean and reception staff is very friendly. The room I stay does not have window in the bedroom, the window in the living room is facing a wall of the next building, no naturals light. Good thing is this suite is quieter than the suite facing the streets

Property location is good & staff was very nice. Unfortunately, it was not what I booked, the place was bad, no hot water so showers were dreadful, place was stuffy & hot, plus the pillows & mattress was terrible. They must invest a bit more so guests are happy. A plus: They stored our luggage before & after, and staff was very nice & polite.

Location was great. However, due to the location near the Zocalo and having a night club across the street, expect lots of noises and music to be into the late night. We stayed in PH2 and it was very roomy but it needs many upgrades to the roof and ceiling as rain kept coming through in several locations. Despite this, we had a great time again due to the great location and access.

Clean and Spacious

Super clean apartment by United States standards! The apartment had natural light in some windows and not in others, since it was an inner apartment. Very spacious. Easy and safe for walking around the center. Everything functioned seamlessly.

It's in the city center and the tourist attractions are nearby. Also there is everything inside that you need for a long stay - fridge, oven, microwave, tv , dinner table, sofa, etc.

We loved everything about this place. The location is super close to the zocalo and many places we wanted to visit. Yet, it was a few blocks from so much noise. The staff were all really helpful and very quick to respond to our questions. The space worked well for our family (2 adults 3 teen kids). The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed- dishes, cooking, utensils, etc. and a laundry room which was very useful! We’d stay here again!

The property was central and had many shops and restaurants in walking distance which was nice. The room was spacious and visibly clean however the beds were uncomfortable and our biggest issue that we couldn’t get past was the apartment smelled like mold & mildew, especially the bathroom!! I know this is an old building and if we hadn’t gotten in so late the night of check in I probably would have stayed elsewhere.

My family and I enjoyed our stayed in this property. It was so convenient. It is in the heart of Mexico City. It was a 5 minute walk to Zocalo and Cathedral. There are stores everywhere. We really enjoyed cdmx rentals. Also very important, the property was very clean and safe.

A lovely Historic building, nicely furnished apartment. Included amenities, A/C in bedroom. All the staff was attentive and the apartment was clean Great views from the roof top area. Would definitely recommend!!

Good location, walkable to Centro Historico sites. Comfortable bed, GREAT shower! Odd floorplan in room 102; no real sitting area other than hard uncomfortable kitchen chairs; sofa in bedroom but no reading lamps near it. No English-speaking staff; difficult to get help. But good value for the price and overall quite satisfactory.

The location of the property was ideal for getting around the city by foot or public transit. The building was safe, the unit we stayed in (306) seemed very dark, the showers never maintained hot, barely warm water. It was very unfortunate that the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms wasn't functioning properly and it leaked into our entire suitcase creating a soaking wet mess and soaking passports.

great with minor challenge.

This was a great location. The apt. was clean and the building well maintained. The only problem we had was we couldn't turn on the hot water in the shower when we arrived. It was fixed within a few hours after we reported it however the shower was challenging. the water would get hot and as it was adjusted the cold would take over and there would be no hot so we had to turn it off and start over again and the water pressure was nearly nonexistent. But aside from water issues it was a very comfortable well maintained apt. and the staff were always available.

Good location to walk to many things. Nice staff. Simple unit. Most everything was as expected. The only problem was the shower handle was unmarked and it didn’t make sense bc left all the way or right all the way was cold. Trial and error to get warm to hot water w moving the handle only partway on.

The location is fantastic - you're right in the beating heart of El Centro. The building is safe and secure, with a good elevator. I appreciated having self-serve laundry facilities on site. The rooms themselves are on the spartan side. This appears to be a converted office building, because the "windows" open onto the corridor. I had major problems getting hot water. The staff were responsive and got the water going again, but it soon quit on me. So I spent a couple mornings with cold showers. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to take a break from the hustle. I enjoyed grabbing a plate of tacos from next door ans chilling on the roof.

Sewer gas alert

The room was basic, but spacious and very clean. Our problem was that the room filled with sewer gas. We couldn’t breathe and became nauseous. We asked the doorman for help. He looked at the plumbing and sent one of the cleaners to flush out the drains. In an hour the horrendous odor was back. Despite still having a room listed on Hotels.com, they refused to move us. We had to secure another hotel to be able to breathe safely.
