All the staff were helpful, and the hotel has good places to eat. Aside from a few in the restaurants, most staff were fluent in English, so not much to worry about if you aren't fluent in Spanish. My biggest complaint would likely be how our room’s hardwood and tile floors were not cleaned frequently, so our feet would collect dirt and dust.

Love this hotel. I've stayed here several times for work, and for the first time stayed for vacation for a week recently. It's a beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotels in Mexico City. The property is beautiful, well kept, characteristic of traditional Mexican architecture, design, decor. The staff is friendly and very professional. Its location is just perfect for visiting museums, strolling through Chapultepec park, going shopping in elegant boutiques and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. One of the few hotels with a quiet garden and outside pool.

Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping

Everyone was very nice answered every concern. Except they never mentioned the hidden elevator I could have been using instead of all those stairs heading into the lobby and exiting the hotel. For myself it would have been great to have had that choice since I had a double knee surgery replacement. Thank Hod I had my walking stick. And it was on the last day as we were checking out an employee asked if I wanted to use the elevator? To which I was shocked it hadn’t been mentioned before. He was so apologetic no one had mentioned it before. None the less I got my steps in and was ready to come home. Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable
