The staff was tremendous. We were there to renew my wife's passport and they let us have a late checkout. They also tended to my wife when her blood pressure was really high. A+ across the board

The people at the hotel are really nice, the place is really beautiful and big. The room was also big. The only thing I dislike is that the socket in the bathroom does not work so I could not use the hair dryer.

All the staff was top notch, Friendly but not intrusive but making sure you were fine. The hotel is a classic of Mexican architecture and the rooms are spacious. Btw, the only thing that was amiss was heat. Nights in Mexico City can get chilly and there was not heat! That would be my only complain. The food at La Huerta restaurant was so tasty and the waitstaff was always helpful. Thank you all for your kindness and politeness.

The property was amazing the lobby was very accessible. The restaurants are amazing as well. Couple of things that didn't meet my family's expectations: #1 we found old food in the refrigerator that smelled horrible(probably left by previous guests) #2 according to the concierge they gave us a room upgrade but it didn't feel like one.

The location is superb, this is a VIP featured hotel, I did receive the 20% on food discount after asking for it. It was not offered to us. I didn't receive the upgraded room because the hotel was overbooked and without any availability. I did not receive the complimentary drinks at the bar (sad) but the bar quality is excellent and we spend a good amount of time and funds there. 😆

The room and the bathroom were very clean. It was very convenient to have a quick breakfast at Café Tamayo inside the hotel. The Blue Bar was nice, and we watched the Super Bowl on the two big TV screens. We also had dinner at La Huerta, which was very good. The concierge was very helpful. They were able to arrange a private tour two days before we arrived.
