The housekeeping staff did a good job and everyone at the hotel was good to us. The food service in the restaurant and cafe was great. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and the first week was very good. But, after that it was not a peaceful place because that was a carnival/midway set-up 2 blocks away and there was a lot of noise. Next time we would avoid the holidays for our trip.

Great location. Quiet street, one block away from a main street. Great neihgbourhood. Plenty of places to eat, excellent cafe shop up the street. Very tasty food, very nice people. Safe and clean. Great Holiday Inn Stay in Cuauhtemoc Area of CDMX
