This is a review of our stay at this hotel so some of the things may just be unique to our experience. We booked this hotel as part of a birthday trip and were so excited to stay here after seeing the pictures of the hotel and the scenic rooms with the small little balconies. When we got to the hotel we found that our room was on the first floor next to the elevator lobby/reception. We were super disappointed to find that the window where a balcony would be (as pictured in their Expedia gallery) instead opened directly to a public patio that was accessible to all hotel guests. We had to keep our bedroom window’s blackout curtain closed the entire time because otherwise you would be able to see directly into our bedroom from the patio. Throughout our six day stay, housekeeping did not once come to clean, change towels, collect trash, etc. we weren’t sure if housekeeping only comes between stays to turn over rooms or what but during the stay, our trash compiled, we used the same towels everyday, and made our own bed every day. We come to CDMX every year and try to stay in different neighborhoods each time. Out of all our stays in the city, this hotel has ranked the lowest. The location is really one of only things that was better about this hotel than the others we’ve stayed at. Don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Directions to to access the entrance and our room was clear and concise. Our rooms was clean. Location was nice and quiet, with many access to all different type of eateries. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotless property that felt very safe. Location was perfect! The hosts were kind and helpful, Eumir arranged for taxi transport back to the airport which was awesome. I had a very early arrival and there was flexibility with our check in time. Our room didn’t have any natural light but was equipped and well cared for. Thank you!

From the time of pre-check in, our host, Eumir was most attentive and friendly. He gave us everything we needed and more. He really made us feel at home and went above and beyond for us every day. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. I would highly recommend staying here. With that all said, small areas for improvement: More bed pillows, a larger trash can in the bathroom, and a heavier comforter or blanket would have made it all perfect. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to our next stay at your hotel.

Our one week stay at Lasai Casa Puebla was excellent. It was spacious and we enjoyed the patio and terrace common areas which we used to play games in the evenings. The location is excellent- within close walking distance to many restaurants, parks, cafes, and a $3 usd Uber ride to museums. Emir was an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival and offered help any time we needed it. He was very friendly. Would stay here again in the future.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Lasai Casa Puebla. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which truly enhanced our experience. The location is excellent as well—conveniently situated near everything we wanted to explore. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed for eight nights at Lasai Casa Puebla during March break. The property is VERY well-located in Roma Norte: It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, and stop to Chapultepec Park—also a very easy walk. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, with tree-lined streets in dappled sunlight, innumerable shops, markets, street food stands, restaurants, museums, bookstores, and parks. It is a perfect location for access to all that CDMX has to offer. We booked a suite with a living room and kitchen amenities. The rooms were clean and quiet. Getting into the hotel and the room was very easy with door codes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing we found disappointing was that our room did not have windows to the outside.The two windows we had gave onto an inner passageway. Our was very dark, day and night- especially since we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. We requested a room with windows looking outside, but there were none available - possibly because we booked for eight nights and because we had asked for a kitchen. Maybe none of the rooms with outside-facing windows have kitchens. We would definitely stay there again, but we would ask not to have a room on the ground floor.

We loved this place , close to everything. Beautiful place . Safe neighborhood. Easy to walk or uber (for cheap) to the major sights.

The room was spacious and well decorated. The highlight of my stay was the friendly staff. They were really nice and helpful with my questions about the neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend to others and would come back!!! Thank you

The staff were excellent and the location was convenient, but the noise from cars and construction was very loud, which was the only really disappointing part.

The room was very spacious, with a nice sitting area. The bed was very firm and not super thick. A suggestion would be to include a dish towel in the kitchen so if you use the dishes, you have something to dry them with. The room/bathroom was very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful

The apartment was very pleasant, quiet, and clean. We appreciated the location which was safe and near lots of nice restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
