I left a review last year stating that the property was noisy, but this year I had a different experience. It looks like the remodeling is done, the property is quiet, and the washer-dryer is in working condition. This is one of the best places in Polanco to stay; I highly recommend it. It is a new clean building and you have a small kitchen. The staff are very friendly. I will be staying in this hotel from now on.
Accessible to food, coffee, and lots of shops. The Park Life Lamartine is located close to Masaryk Avenue. The room is a good size with a sofa and kitchenette. The bed was on a platform in an alcove - so if you have any mobility issues this could be a problem. The bed was rather too hard (but could just be personal preference). The room was quiet even though we faced the street. When we arrived there was water in the mini fridge and someone was always at the front desk. We encountered staff that spoke both English and Spanish. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were available in the shower but we did not have a hair dryer in the room. Ample closet space and a makeup area allowed shared getting ready space. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms have beautiful design and are very spacious. They have a well equipped kitchenette.
Beds were a little hard and I couldn't get the Roku TV to work. Other than that, this was a great stay.

This will be a nice property a year from now. They are still working on the building, and from early morning until late afternoon you can hear very loud noise from the construction. Very disappointing. Sometimes the noise was so loud that I had to leave the building. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly. The building is brand new, and the room is clean and elegant.
I was skeptical about reserving a studio, but this one surprised me because it felt big and airy. Everything I needed was there. I loved the location, the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows, the blackout curtains, the ease of checking in, and the decor. Overall, a great experience.
VERY conveniently located! Short walks to highlights of Polanco; DiDi taxi served well to get me everywhere I needed to go.

The hotel was great overall and we enjoyed our stay. However, we ran out of water during our stay, only one roll of toilet paper was provided per day, and a few times I called the front desk but nobody answered. These are small things that could be improved to make the guest experience even better.
This review is simply me stating the facts.
First of all, there's construction going on at the property. I'm not sure what they're doing, but it was from early in the morning till late at night. I could hear it a bit with my door closed but it wasn't horrible. The water in the shower never got hot - it was warm at best. I stayed there 2 nights. After the 1st night the maid came and made the bed - that's it. No new towels in the bathroom, she didn't wash the plate or cup in the sink and didn't refill anything. It was nice to have a little kitchen but there wasn't a towel or paper towels, which would have been nice. I did appreciate that the room had a Nespresso, but the cleaning lady didn't leave new pods or creamer. I got some from the front desk, who were all very nice I should add.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was a good one. Except when I went to bed on Friday night I could hear a local loud music from a restaurant or something nearby. It went on until at least midnight.
Would I stay there again? Maybe, especially if I knew I could get hot water out of the shower. The front desk said it should have been hot. It was a good location in Polanco with plenty of food and coffee shops within a very short walking distance.
Pequeños detalles como que el control remoto de TV’s no servía, la taza del sanitario estaba suelta.
Lo peor de todo fue el EXCESO DE RUIDO por la noche por los bares vecinos
No se podía dormir
