The personnel was very nice and helpful. The individual room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms might need some work but nothing too bad. Overall a great place to stay in that area of Mexico city and will definitely consider staying with them again.

Awfull, never answer the phone, the room is close to the hall, then, the rommates estayed late. A lot of noise, I had to talk with the rommates to leave, I never been there again

The staff is very kind and the room was fine. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them, which was not great to see. The bathroom upstairs does not have a functioning light, so using the bathroom at night is a mess. The shower area is always covered in people's hair and should be maintained better. There are no paper towels or hand towels for you to dry your hands with after washing them at the sink. This is a good value if you're okay with some discomfort. Again, the room was fine, but sleeping on stained sheets is not ideal. Staff was wonderful, but I would never stay here again.

Lo único bueno del hotel son los empleados amables. El lugar no es como en las fotos ya que le hace falta mantenimiento y las habitaciones privadas no tienen baño, todos son compartidos y eso no se describe en la información. Las paredes son de tablaroca por lo que todo se escucha y no hay privacidad en ningún sentido. Para literalmente solo llegar a dormir está bien, pero no para descansar o pasar tiempo ahí. La ubicación es buena pero no volvería sobre todo porque no está descrito bien lo incluido.

Me encanto esta centrica hay muchos puestos de comida y restaurantes, hay policias cuidando la zona. El personal es exelente. Las habitación son muy bonitas para el precio. Hay agua caliente. El trasporte me encanto ya que hay varias opciones para ir a diferentes lugares. Solo hay excepción pero no es del hostel, si no de huespedes algunos no respetan la tranquilidad. Y un poco de limpieza no estaría mal. Yo si regresaria de nuevo.

El servicio no estuvo mal en relación al precio. El problema es que deberían ser más estrictos con reglas de higiene. Se les permitía a personas extranjeras escupir en el piso, un comportamiento que en este país es considerado muy desagradable y el encargado no decía nada, esta situación me arruinó la estancia, estuve a punto de retirarme del lugar.

Pues ni bien ni mal muy X el lugar, aunque aprece que hay gente que vive en los cuartos permanentemente porque todos los lockers para guardar cosas estaban ocupados llenos de ropa y no pude guardar mis cosas, habia muchos zapatos tirados y pues el olor a pies era algo intenso jaja , lo normal para lo que es solo llegar a dormir.

The value for the money makes this a very good find. My room was a nice size and had windows that opened onto the street, which was nice. Towels cost extra, but considering the low price of the rooms and beds, I had no problem with that. The one thing I didn't love was that there was only one toilet in the shared bathroom for my entire floor, so if all rooms had been full there could have been a wait to use it. Overall, though, it's a good deal in a very good location.
