Staff was very helpful at all times, the room was very clean and modern, easy walkable distance for everything. They do offer parking if needed of site but safe. View are amazing from the rooftop. The pool has glass bottom and it is warm perfect for winter.

Had a perfect stay! It is a clean, modern and friendly place to stay. If you are looking for a nice, quiet hotel to stay in the middle of the noisy, fun city, then this is the place. Loved the attentive staff. The hotel room was perfectly equipped with a small kitchen, washer and dryer and the best part… a standing fan! The terrace is lovely and they even provide blankets for your comfort.

The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my time there. At first when I went there the door was locked, but when they hear you knock they open it. Adds an extra safety feature. Staff is very friendly and helped out with everything. I would definitely go back.

Small, boutique hotel; solid value for money

For the price, this hotel is great. It’s DEFINITELY a small boutique hotel, so don’t expect a massive lobby with a bar, restaurant, etc. But, the rooms are very nice (albeit small) and the staff is great. I’d definitely stay here again.

Fifth floor rooms are very comfortable . Bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, washer & dryer in room plus a good size private patio. Staff were very helpful and front desk & security were there 24 hours. Location is excellent for restaurants, it is safe and is walking distance to many attractions.

We loved the Reforma Guest House. We had a junior suite which was very modern and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unit even has a small kitchen and washer dryer. I stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable with many restaurants on every corner. We will definitely return.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Each staff member was super helpful and kind to us. The check-in & check-out procedure was super smooth and easy. We chose this hotel package because of a deal we had found and it ended up being our favorite! Super location, there are endless of restaurants in the area making it comfortable to walk back late at night. We were able to walk to Chapultepec, Reforma, La Condesa and La Roma. We will be back! 10/10

Loved This Hotel

Super well located yet quiet. The staff were all wonderful. They gave me a suite with balconies and full size washer dryer. Plus fully equipped kitchen. Everything was nicely designed and pleasant.

This hotel is fantastic! We had a very good room which was large and clean. The man at the front desk was so helpful. Ignacio, the valet was so kind and steered us to a great breakfast place, Mallorca. Reforma guest house is in a great neighborhood and you get such a value for the money.

It was located in a central part of Mexico City, great price for what you get. The rooms are big, with everything modern, clean, and well decorated. I had a balcony and the terrace is nice and peaceful. There's 24/7 security and it's on a street with lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and will come back again!

Wonderful space. We had a full suite with 2 bedrooms; 2 baths, living room with kitchen and washing machine. Space was beautiful. Convenient location to walk and taxi/uber to places. Some convenient restaurants near by. Could hear the noise at night from the nearby restaurants til late.

Great place!

This place was so pleasant. All the staff was so nice and friendly. The bed (king ) was super comfy. Love that there was a washer/dryer. And not the inverted type that take for ever to dry. We stayed in 501, there is an elevator, but it only goes to 4th floor, so we had 1 flight of stairs to go up, not too bad, but after a long day of walking and exploring the city legs can get wobbly. Over all it was a beautiful place to stay. I would stay there again. It is also in great location, lots of places to eat.

Outstanding and Fantastic

Highly recommend!! I booked my stay at Reforma Guest House because I was staying nearby at a highly rated hotel but they were sold out for the last 2 nights of my stay in Mexico City and I had to move. This turned out to be a great turn of events as Reforma was much much nicer and nearly half the price of my first hotel. Excellent location, numerous great restaurants within a few blocks. Very spacious room with a separate living room and kitchen. The room even had a free washer and dryer. I did pay a little more to book what Reforma calls a "Suite Superior Con Balcony" but it was well worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff.
