The window covers on the first floor main room made us feel comfortable to change in the room. because the window overs did leave a good 5 inch gap between the covers. In this area I’m sure with other hotels too, it’s very loud all throughout the night. But all in all we enjoyed our trip. Thank you

Carlos was amazing. When we could not sleep on the side of the building next to a very busy and crazy noisy intersection, he moved us to the other quieter side. Room was great.

Newish/modern and well maintained rooms. Very clean. Amazing location. Lots of amenities everywhere. The original room was way way too lousy fronting a major intersection. Thankfully they moved us to a much quieter room. It’s a noisy are in general. The manager was terrific to deal with. Very attentive. Just be kind.

Good location, great rooftop patio, sketch elevator, noise from outside is very load. Earplugs do not help much due to the constant honking, loud mufflers, whistles, alarms, etc. You will not sleep well at this location. Other than that, friendly staff, great location.
Traffic all night and day right outside your room.

I booked this place due to it being in the area me and my family wanted to stay in also due to it having an elevator. When we went to check in they said the elevator hadn’t been working for a month now. I have a stroller and luggage. At this property they have spiral stairs which was not gonna work for us. They lack communication letting guests know in advance that the elevator was not working.

At best this is a 3 star property. Bathroom infested with mold and rust. Hotel refers to this as ‘normal wear and tear’. Permanently broken elevator with impossible climb up narrow step stairs - 7 floor building at high altitude. Not suitable for heavy or excessive luggage, elderly, small children, or high heels. Gym with only weights and no disinfectants/sanitation/mats/towels/water. One week stay provides one roll of toilet paper. You have to take out your own trash during your entire stay. Fresh towels after 7 days. Service inconsistent and staff repeatedly provided inaccurate information. Hotel takes no accountability for differences between listing and actual property. Extremely loud street noise around the clock on main road side of building. Positives: great location and comfortable bed/bedding.

Staff was great, room was clean. The couch seemed sunken in on half, and the elevator was broken for my stay, which added 5 flights to my step count every day. Would stay here again.

My stay was pretty solid overall. The location is unbeatable, the staff is very discreet, and I appreciated that visits were allowed. The apartment has an awesome style, everything was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise. My first room faced the main street and was VERY loud, so I asked to be moved. The second room was still noisy, but much better. They do provide earplugs, which actually help a lot. Also, the elevator broke during my stay and no solution was provided. Not a huge deal, but I would have expected a bit more accountability around that. I would definitely stay here again, but only if I can get a room facing one of the smaller/quieter streets

The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The street that the hotel is on is pretty busy all throughout the day and night but they leave earplugs in the room if the noise is too loud for you. The only issue we experienced was the temperature of the water in the shower- it would randomly get super cold and it would take a while to warm up again making it uncomfortable to shower. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Excellent staff. I would recommend having more toilet paper in the room without having to ask every time you need a new roll. And the windows are so thin that you can hear all the traffic in the streets. Other than that, It was good.
