"Where do I even begin? My friends and I traveled to Miami to celebrate the twins’ 30th birthday, and it was their very first visit to the city. From the moment we arrived, the team at Loews truly rolled out the red carpet and exceeded every expectation. Joseph R. made our check-in experience seamless, welcoming us with warmth and efficiency. He went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful birthday dessert platter for the twins, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay. At the beach, Jason and Raul took incredible care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed and making our experience feel effortless and special. Many hotels say they treat guests like family, but Loews genuinely lives up to that promise. Every interaction was marked by kindness, attention to detail, and a sincere desire to make our celebration unforgettable. "The property is in great location, restaurant inside, . Housekeeping services were great and friendly. The front desk staff were good and friendly. Only issues I had, the phone in room didn't work, and there wasn't a remote to TV in the room on arrival. I did ask front desk staff, and they got maintenance to bring me one."

"Beautiful pool/ocean front view. Comfy. The people staying next to me kept leaving trash outside so that was disgusting then I saw a huge roach by my door but other than that I enjoyed my weekend stay. People are just gross."

"When I booked, Expedia gave me a different price then what the hotel gave me upon arrival. I had to pay more for the deposit . But overall a good trip . Make sure if you do rent a car , there is no free parking at the hotel , you have to pay nightly for parking . I should have parked down the block for 20$ a park , it’s cheaper than paying the hotel nightly parking ! LESSON LEARNED !"
