"For my first time in Miami I would truly like to visit other Hotels. I was not impressed although several locals stated how great the hotel was compared to others. The furniture and amenities in the room needs some updating. I was thoroughly surprised that they did not have smart TV’s. The pool vide was great. The restaurant on site had a great view but the food options were not favorable. Overall - 3 ⭐️"

"We loved our ocean view balcony. Gives you a relaxing view but also to have an idea of what's happening at the beach/pool and outside. The hot/jet tub was amazing! The staff was super helpful. Our flight got to Miami early and they had complimentary bag drop off with check in. Room became available sooner than expected. When something wasn't available in the room or not working, they went above and beyond to correct it. Room service was excellent. Great live DJ at the pool and the breakfast was always delicious. Property was close by so many things that getting an Uber was like having a private driver waiting outside the hotel. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, had a great time and will definitely recommend Eden Roc and stay there again!"

"This property is beautiful and just feels special and secluded even though it is on a busy street and there is a great deal of construction going on at nearby properties-you won’t even notice-you will be transported. People remember your name and make you feel like you have been there forever. My only complaint is on the weekends, the pool spots are a hot commodity, and if you stay in the pool too long (I mean 20 minutes, they will pick up your things, even when your bag is there-my phone was in my towel and had to be found, and my sunglasses were lost in the mix). This frantic mess did not go with the rest of the vibe, and thankfully went away with the weekend rush."
