"Due to flight delays, we arrived at 5:00 am on 05/13. We notified the hotel twice in advance of when we were arriving. 05/12 was paid for so we could get in our room upon arrival. We ran the door bell several times and waited for 5+ minutes outside only to gain access because others were leaving. Then, when inside, the man on duty stayed seated, told us we couldn’t check in till the afternoon. Had to persuade him to look in the computer to confirm our reservation and check us in. "I like that this property is on the beach and has a pool with its own private entrance onto the boardwalk. I also saw that they had pool view rooms but unfortunately they were sold out . Even tho I was there while they were doing construction, I would book there again. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool wasn’t 100% clean but that can be from construction."
