The check in was great, but the place definitely needs a renovation. It was clean inside, all the amenities you could want. We did not have time to use the swimming pool but it looked clean when we arrived. I hope the place will get a good remodeling done.

Perfect for the purpose

Our stay was wonderful. The host was amazing and very helpful. We had one issue, and he had it resolved within an hour. He was very respectful of our personal space when fixing the issue. We ended up having two extra guests for two days, and it was so easy to work with him to arrange their stay. The property had everything we needed for all kitchen and bathroom amenities. The pool was great, minus having continuous leaves and bugs. Nothing that could be helped by the host; that's just nature. So, we did have to clean it with a net before using it. There were lots of games and activities to stay entertained. Neighbors were very nice. Would totally stay again.

The villa was lovely it looked a little tired ie paint work outside area needed some attention but overall it was lovely . The neighbours are a little noisy but nothing to do with Andy . Andy was very helpful and he went the extra mile as we arrived late in the morning and he was there to greet us . The pool was lovely . Just a note to Andy the ax may need to be looked at as a little noisy. But it did work .

Excellent house in Cutler Bay!

This was a great stay and we were so pleased by Andy and his house. Our flight was delayed but he came out and meet us at nearly 1am, friendly and cheerful. The house was excellent and basically exactly what you would expect. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and pans and overall everything was in great shape. The house is super convenient to restaurants, grocery, and other shopping. The mall isn't far away. Cutler Bay is so much nicer than many suburbs of Miami and this house is on a safe, clean street far enough from US 1 to be nice and quiet. We were a little frustrated trying to work the A/C settings. It seemed like the only choices were freeze or roast. Maybe that was just our lack of familiarity with the thermostat? Ultimately we were fine. Overall we were so pleased
