It was a dump, can’t complain too much cuz of price. Messy as hell. People are actually living there. The house rules aren’t followed whatsoever. “Host” canceled second booking due too me not paying in cash, more than what was on the app. Did me a favor though because I found somewhere closer to where I’m working.

Incorrect listing on Expedia, listing services and items that are not available at hostel. The most inconvenience item, is the check-in time!!! I waited almost 3 hours to check in when Expedia listing,said check in at 10:00 a.m.. Boris the manager was professional and accommodating.

this was nothing as advertised and according to the listing description nothing matched. I tripped as I was leaving. there was no communication at any moment in time. it was not accurately communicated. people were smoking as well on the property. I left and paid for a hotel elsewhere.

Stay at a hostel & be treated like a child

Before you go, there are 21 rules that must be followed. If as a guest you go against a rule, you will be kicked out of the hostel. The hostel treats adults like children. Affordable rates at a cost, I guess.

When I arrived at the hostel my bed had been sold to someone else. They left me without a bed. They relocated me to another hostel half an hour by car from where I had rented. a dirty, untidy place without attention, disgusting, I demand a refund

To be fair, this was my first time staying at a Hostel. However, check in times are misleading. Nobody was on site and I had to wait some time to enter the building. He didnt know about my booking here and it all seemed quickly thrown together. Its far from the airport too so I felt like there was limited options to get there. Overall, if i were you, I'd look for somewhere else. You definitely get what you pay for.

Streets and building are too dark. Rooms are too messy with people stuff piled up all over the place, too small and too crowded. It should be only two bunks for four people the most.

The pictures you see must have been taken years ago, the place does not look and feel anything like that. There is no sign on the house, so it feels like this is a completely shady operation. Before I left, I took multiple pictures of what the place ACTUALLY look like. Dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen, infested with roaches. My reservation said that I would be getting a twin bed, instead, there are five bunk beds, with 10 people sleeping in a small room. Absolute nightmare from safety standpoint, no plan for emergency escape, no fire extinguisher, no first aid kit, no ceiling sprinklers or carbon dioxide detectors. Good forbid, there is an emergency, bunk beds are so tight together, you won’t stand a chance to evacuate. The house is full of long term residents, who run their own tight circle and tell you what you can and can not do if you come in for a night or two. Yes, I know, I did not a suite in Ritz, however, the reality is such, that I do not think the place is safe, or even had passed and inspection, I am absolutely astonished that Expedia would allow this to be even added to the list of places. My bad, I went to Expedia, saw pictures, saw price and said, I only need three nights, BUT was I in for a rude awakening when I got there. I did not even got a set of fresh sheets. The guy who administers the place, Boris, not Russian, if it matters to anyone, just Russian sounding name, was not there to check me in, was gone most of the time. DO NOT BOOK!!!!
