The property was terrible. Our room smell like someone went to the bathroom in there! The property itself was filthy as well. There was only 1 staff member and she was nice. Moved us to another room but it was t much better. We would never recommend this hotel

Beach view was great, as mentioned in the reviews the hotels needs some upgrades on the furniture/bathroom. Staff was great, John at the front desk was very helpful, attentive and friendly. We were able to do an early check-in which was great as we did a red eye flight from Los Angeles. Pool and beach was great. Just be prepare to pay for beach chairs/umbrellas not part of the resort.

It was a bit difficult with the valet parking as it can take some time to retrieve the vehicles. Staff were accommodating though. Was not able to enjoy the beach as we arrived late and left early. The hotel is quite a distance from ports and airports so may not be the best option if going to either sea port or airport.

You won't find a more reasonable hotel for the location. Nothing fancy, but rooms are clean and pool is nice. Beach is beautiful! This is our second time staying here and we would stay again. Only downside is that one elevator is often out of order, but they have a few others available.
