The hotel is in very bad need of tlc
The a lot of the hotel staff is friendly but the front desk not very helpful they seem like they don’t want to work there either.
The worst part is on Tuesday 12/30 they turned the water off during the day for a bit over four hours .
Could not use the toilets but people in Public bathrooms had too
No running water to wash hands
Hotel did not offer credit or anything even voucher for inconvenience. They could have done repairs in nighttime when people were sleeping. I would have never booked the hotel if I knew that was happening. Not sure how the outside kitchen was operating without running water to wash everything and especially hands .
Staff had no communication with the gm and could not give updates. Pool was gross on Tuesday filters seemed clogged and a lot of white stuff floating in the pool no one cared.
Beach chairs are not included like other hotels I had stayed at in area.
