We are extremely disappointed with this apartment and the company’s service. We were not able to check in because the listing contained false information. It clearly stated that parking was available for our cat type ( truck ) but when we arrived, we discovered that there was no parking at all for big car, leaving us with nowhere to leave our car.
Additionally, the description of the area was misleading and inaccurate, making the entire listing unreliable and deceptive.
The company’s service was absolutely terrible. We tried to contact them several times in advance, but received no response until they finally wrote to us only 2 hours before check-in – at a time when cancellation was no longer possible. It was clearly done intentionally so that we wouldn’t be able to cancel the reservation and get our money back.
On top of that, the Expedia customer service is also awful. They take no responsibility, they never help, and this is not the first time we have experienced this with them. Every time there is an issue, they do nothing to resolve it, leaving the customer alone with the problem.
In the end: we couldn’t check in, the property did not match the description, we received no support, and no refund. Absolutely not recommended.
