"My flight was severely delayed. I called to ask what time we needed to check in by. Explained the situation and gave them a 12am arrival time. Originally I should have arrived by 9pm at the property. We had to land at a different airport and we ended up finally arriving at the airport at 1030pm. "Our room 302 did not have air-conditioning on when we arrived. We turned it on and it did not cool the room. The sheets are rough. The pillows are terrible. And the bedsheet smelled like wet dog. We told the front desk who just looked at us. I laid in bed for three hours, trying to cool off. Horrible stay. Wish I had saved my money."
