"Perfect hotel if you are driving through. Only a few minutes off the freeway. Brand new renovation of the inside of the hotel was awesome. Great price for the value! Beds were super comfortable and rooms clean. I would stay here again when in area!"

"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. And...

"Prefect experience on all counts. Expectational staff and property. If you need to visit this region, forget every place else and book here. This hotel will make you feel at home, and you will sleep like a rock. I have stayed in top hotels around the world, and no place comes closer the that at home experience. The pictures on their website do not do it justice. The owners are professional, kind, and always happy to help with any issue or question. 10 out of 5 stars."

"Rooms were clean, could update furniture and blue carpet needs to go. Personally I do would tile or engineered wood floors for help with clean up in pet friendly rooms. Nice large area to walk our dog. We would stay here again."

"There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!"

"I would avoid this hotel, unless you absolutely have to stay there. It is off the exit, and then a convoluted, series of turns where it sits alone on a hill. Right away one can see it hasn't been maintained well, and the smell of air fresheners are quite strong. Everything in the room seemed worn down, misaligned, unmaintained. The walls and floors are thin, very cheap build. Bathroom amenities were two small bars of soap, the cheap kind. Breakfast was included, but terrible. One waffle...

"The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant."

"Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. "We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view...
