There was a mouse in the room. I watched it crawl across the couch and run across the floor. Not once but twice! I left the hotel afterwards and was told by the hotel I had to reach out to Expedia to receive a refund. I contacted Expedia which then said they had to contact the hotel. I was told I would not receive a refund. Absolutely disgusting and wrong!!!!

Initially had issues with TV not working and room not being fully stocked with bathroom essentials, (it could use a deep cleaning.) Staff was very friendly, responded quickly to room issues.

The shower curtain should be changed. It had mold on the bottom. Also burned holes on the bed spread. I found a thousand legger dead on the sheet. On the second day. Used bar of soap left on the shower.

The rooms had a terrible cigarette smell - the floor wasn't clean and the bathroom is need of a remodel - there was mold around the edge of the tub.

This is not the best hotel I've stayed, but it IS the best in this price range. Super nice reception, and the room was spartan but very clean and correct. I stayed here as a pause in the middle of a long trip, and slept great. Also, there's a remarkable, higher-end restaurant nearby, Vault & Cellar, which was a welcome break from the drive. I'll stay here every time I make this trip.

If you don't mind pets friends, it's fairly thicker, then they bet sheets out, it's a complete little cigarette from you and no bark from the back. Door to the facility and cigarette It's all over the countertops and rusted grits of ceiling child's you will love it

It was overall on Pleasant, the check-in was very slow hot, things seem very unorganized and the room we first got to had bugs all over the floor no toilet paper and no towels, it looked like the other people had just left and they told us to check in right behind them. The second room we went into was still not very clean had a funky smell and I just feel that I completely wasted my money there.

The picture of the place was very deceiving because it does not look like that when you get into your room… There was no clean soap for your hands… And it was clean but the place is falling down

The room was a mess. The bathroom was not cleaned. It smelt like dirty Doodoo the room had holes in the wall. They only give you two pillows that are smashed. The blankets suck do better next time. Do not rent a room from here.

May, 17, 2025. I checked in at approximately 6:00 p.m. upon check-in I was told my room was not ready yet. A man with gray hair slender and beard, I believe, had tattoos, approximately 65 to 75, he appeared to be in charge; he went up to check on my room and then came back and told me it was ready. A lady at the counter took my card and gave me my room number. I believe it was 305, but uncertain. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes. Once I got into my room I noticed the floor was noticeably dirty. I could visibly see dirt but also of my feet would slide/glide across it like there was a bunch of dust. I went ahead and inspected my bed, which is customary for me. When I pulled the sheets down there was dirt all through the bed, (I attached two pictures of the bed, you'll have to expand them to see the dirt.) as if someone had slept in it with their shoes on. I called down to front desk and told them my sheets were dirty. Within 10 minutes they sent someone up to change my sheets. I went ahead and asked her if she would go ahead and sweep my floor. She did and went ahead and mopped it as well. I pulled out my towels to examine them. One had a lot of stains on it like it had been used to perhaps clean a car, idk what it was. There was no trash can. In the bathroom there was old soap still in the shower, hair in the tub, and a used washcloth across the top of the shower curtain on the left. I pulled it off when I took my shower see pic it's on the floor. It wouldn't let me upload pics

Furnishings were worn, shabby, and a bit soiled. Lamp shades need to be replaced and the TV remote didn’t work properly. The shower curtain needed to be washed, (yuck), and we had to wait 15 minutes for the thin towels and washcloths to be dried and delivered. Peeling paint and patched areas in the bathroom. No coffee in the urns in the morning as we had been told, maybe in a half hour… The bed was comfortable and clean but I would never stay there again; not what I expect from Choice hotels plus Expedia was bragging about the posted price being the final price you pay but it was almost $15 more at checkout.

I have stayed in some low budget hotels. All I expect is clean rooms and no odor. This place has neither! The linens were soiled like they rent rooms by the hour and when I asked for another room they gave me one that freaked of cigarette smoke. I left and found somewhere else to stay, you should too!
