"We arrived later then planned. The man behind the desk checked us in. I had to tell him that we had a dog, even though she was with us. He charged the pet fee and gave us the key to the room. We proceeded to our room on the 2nd floor, even though a 1st floor room was requested. We opened the door and to our surprise someone was occupying the room, Luckily, they were not there. We returned to the front desk and explained thee situation. the man seemed puzzled but gave us keys to another room. That room was OK, definitely not a deluxe king room as requested. It seemed to be missing furniture. We got ourselves situated. The next morning, we tried to sleep in after our late arrival but were awakened by the maid staff, We asked if they could come back later, but they entered the room, with us not dressed, and cleaned the room (bumping us several times because we must have been in their way. Once they left, we got ourselves ready with a very small piece of soap, The rest of the day went alright. Before going to bed, we decided to skip room service in the morning and called the front desk to let them know. The staff member stated that it was all set. Yet, the next morning again, the maids knocked on our door. We had not even woken up yet. I raised my voice and told them NO room service was needed, Thank goodness we were leaving the next morning so we were up and left at the designated time. This hotel was close to the relatives we were visiting. Not sure if we would go back there. "

"The only reason I stayed here was because I booked it as non-refundable. The bathroom in my room was filthy. I won’t get into it because I don’t want to gross anyone out. The sheets and towels were clean. The bed was uncomfortable. My room was on the first floor, right next to the main entrance- there are no sheers on the windows, only blackout curtains, which didn’t really help because there was a spotlight shining right at my window. So even during the day, I kept the curtains closed because it was like being in a fishbowl. I ended up switching rooms. They moved me to the second floor. Thankfully the desk person offered to carry my suitcase up the stairs, since there is no elevator. Bathroom in this room wasn’t much cleaner than the first. Their breakfast options were bagels, instant oatmeal, a couple cold cereal options and horrible coffee. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here."

"The motel was easy to find. Personnel could smile more. Second morning breakfast was not being attended to. People were there and breakfast items had run out. We had trouble with the lock on the door. It was not a bad two day visit. Just average. We would return."

"Checked in here after leaving a bug infested hotel that was nearby. This place was quiet, clean, and I was able to easily access my room and car. Pool was a nice plus."

"Bedbugs! Roaches! No refund!!! Stayed sweet nights out of a 12-night reservation. Moved to three different rooms and the bed bugs were in all of them. My body, including my face was covered in bites. In the third room, I walked into the shower the next morning and there were roaches crawling on the walls. When I returned to the room itself, there were roaches on the walls there too. Used to be a nice place to stay but now it is disgusting. If anyone from the facility disputes this, I have pictures..."

"my room lacked lighting and smelled a bit musty, but when we ran the a/c it smelled better. we were close to the pool, so maybe that accounted for the odor. my girls loved it and the breakfast was good!"
