"I want to give a special mention to Nethmi, the duty manager, who went above and beyond during my stay. When I raised a question about a breakfast charge, she listened carefully, stayed calm and courteous, and took the time to understand my concern. She was upfront about what she could and couldn't approve, and offered to pass my request on to the right person. That honesty and care made a potentially awkward conversation easy. It's a real credit to the hotel to have someone like Nethmi at the front line. Highly recommend the Gorge River room and the staff."
