"The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators."

"Nice & clean but construction noise started at 6:30a - 7:00a every morning. So bad news for jet lag folks unless you are an early riser.
The best part is location to shops, restaurants & the Duomo (sp?)."

"This was our first visit to Milano and UH was the perfect hotel for our stay. The location is perfect, the hotel breakfast and food in general is delicious, staff is courteous and helpful. We stayed in the Cosy room and it was the right size for our two night stay. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and a tray of the most delicious Italian cookies, it hit the spot. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms fresh and clean and the soaps and shampoos were the “Grown Alchemist”,...

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Milan. The location was ideal, only a short walk to most places, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the artwork beautiful and our rooms clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great, with a large selection of fresh food.
We would definitely stay there again. "
