We were charged for three nights and it took forever to get it corrected. We had breakfast both mornings and asked for a cappuccino and they brought us an americano both times. Might have been a language barrier but it was frustrating. When we finally got the room corrected on our return stay they offered us free breakfast, but we had to leave at 6 am.

The property was clean , the room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were polite and friendly and provided us with a complimentary bottle of while for my daughter's 18th birthday. Well located for the ATM into Milan.

Location, location, location. Charming area of the city. Very walkable with many options for dining. Easy access to the Metro that will take you to the Duomo. The hotel itself is nice but old. The staff keep it very clean and all of the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful modern hotel, spacious, quite room. Nice comfortable rooftop patio area. Busy nightlife with many delicious restaurants, beautiful canal, markets outside.

This hotel has a friendly, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and a subway stop. I would gladly return.

Nice Hotel, but Unsafe Area
The hotel is located in Navigli District which is unsafe in the evening and at night. We watched a man be arrested in front of us for grabbing a person's backpack and running. Because of the location, I would not stay there again. The hotel is clean, has a nice breakfast and is fairly comfortable. We are going back to Milan soon and I have chosen to stay in a safer area.

Nice neighborhood
The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood with a strip located right next to the hotel that was buzzing with activity - open market, lots of great food and nightlife. If you're looking for a place to stay a little away from the busy Centro Storico/Duomo area, then this is a great location

Beautiful hotel in a charming location. Lots of restaurants and cafes along a lovely canal with pedestrian lanes. Quiet and vibrant at the same time. Will definitely return!

Great place--would definitely stay there again. Comfortable furnishings, generous amenities (including a truly impressive breakfast buffet), just steps from the buzzing Naviglio Grande. We never could get the thermostat to work properly, but honestly we didn't ask about it either.

Not the pleasantest of stays
Hotel is below average, calling it 4 star would be a misrepresentation as it’s showing a lot of wear and tear and lacks basic amenities such as onsite restaurant so more like a 3 star really. The hotel staff aren’t particularly welcoming (apart from the man at the bar who was lovely). There was one front desk lady whose name I didn’t catch who was entirely miserable and exceptionally rude. She is a shortish, pudgy Italian lady with short curly hair and glasses, avoid her if you can. She carries a dark cloud around with her. The ceiling started leaking on the day that I was checking out. I was in a rush so didn’t get the chance to mention it to the front desk. My advice would be to find somewhere else unless you’re desperate then it’s okay I suppose.
