Incredible.

My stay at this place was incredible. Everything about it was great. The property was located in a great place. Short walk to everything. Good cafes and restaurants very close by. The comfort was perfect. There was a lot of room and comfortable and great looking furniture. And it gets better. The team was super responsive. Provided guidance on sight seeing and restaurants. Would respond within minutes. Super professional and effective. When I go back I will only stay with at the same place.

Highly recommend this updated apartment

I would Jane stayed in this apartment for much longer if we were in Milan longer. It was clean, comfortable, updated, close enough to different areas of town to walk. Check in instructions were in video, but my signal wouldn’t allow me to watch the videos. Would highly recommend watching and taking notes before arriving. Had to call to get assistance with entry. Very friendly and helpful staff. Held our luggage for free after check out.

I appreciate all Expedia's assistance and being the professional Vendor that they have been for me for all these years. When I came back and asked them to get us a refund for the night that we arrived at the residence with no AC/hot water working and having technician in our place until midnight trying to fix it only saying that he cannot. We were offered two choices at midnight to stay the night or leave and book another room with another place. We chose to stay for that night because we were promised that it will be all fixed the following day, and we did not have anywhere else to go during the nighttime. It was not fixed; we did receive the communication in the very late afternoon letting us know that we needed to relocate to another apartment of their choice, so we did that with getting our own Uber and moved into the new place, which did meet all of our expectations. We were told that we are on our own for the 3rd night since they did not have another place for us available, even if we prepaid and reserved all 3 nights with this vendor. We made changes to our itinerary and left Milan the next day. I contacted Expedia after we got back to the States and were able to receive some refund, no taxes paid were reimbursed. We will be more careful in the future, overall, our trip to Italy was still wonderful and we made the best out of it!

Gran lugar! Super ubicado, los anfitriones super atentos, caminando llegas a il Duomo y muchos puntos turísticos. Cerca hay estaciones para tomar transporte, hay muchas opciones de comer o cenar por ahí cerca. Sobre todo la atención ha sido increíble, es como estar en casa.
