breakfast was excellent, with many fresh and delicious options. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely return on my next trip to Italy. Highly recommended! ❤️
The room and hotel and breakfast area were very clean. The food was wonderful and excellent coffee. The mattress felt flimsy and the room was so so so hot. Hotel is in nice location. Staff was pleasant.

Staff was friendly enough and breakfast was fine. However, A/C did not work in room and we couldn't get anyone to fix it. We spent two nights in two different rooms. The first was fine although the weather was cooler that night. A week later, it was a different story.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect for exploring the charming Navigli district. The room was simple yet comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel's overall ambiance was welcoming, making it a great base for my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Milan's Navigli area!
Safe, convenient and vibrant location with easy access to subway and numerous dining options. I consider this a budget option as the hotel could use some updates (mainly to the bathroom), but it was clean and the elevator, AC and wifi all worked great.
Friendly and efficient staff. Good location. One of the smallest bathrooms I have ever seen.

Hotel Minerva Review
Check-in was ok. Hotel was close to the Metro. Hotel accommodated an earlier breakfast when we had an early start. Room was basic but ok for our short stay,
I was on a trip with friends and needed only a basic room, bed, shower etc. the Minerva was exactly what was required. Staff were friendly, room was serviced well every day and was very clean. It is also very handy for transport with a metro station being only yards from the hotel. Fabulous restaurants by the canal are only a 10 minute walk away.
Luckily, I’m a heavy sleeper because the tram passes outside and is very noisy - the reason for a star being lost.

First let me say the room was clean. A/C, shower, bed was all ok. My problem was the noise from the street outside my window. Fri, Sat and Sun was a huge party nearby the hotel. The noise was all night to about 5 am. I got very little sleep. I complain to the front desk. They said I can be moved to another room for additional 100 euro. I declined. They wanted to charge me. they said they can't control the noise. So early Monday morning 5am I get awoken by the street cars and the street sweepers/ trash pick up. It was crazy. The party people stopped just to get replaced by a different noise. I complained but the staff could care less. They said no one else complained. I asked for a discount upon my departure and they said no. All single rooms face the street which is what I had. Do not recommend this hotel unless your a very heavy sleeper or get room on other side, not facing the street. The staff know its noisy. It didn't become noisy a couple of weeks ago.
Nice and clean with friendly staff. Parking on site with good breakfast. The AC works well. Super close to the metro and train. The only complaint is the bed was a little stiff for my liking.
Very nice staff! Breakfast was great and had it’s own barista to make great coffee to order.
Perfect location as well!

Rooms are old, small space for shower, breakfast was pastry with coffee machine, some fruits and during last days they added boiled eggs. Bed was not comfortable and small for a couple.
