Difficult check in. Took over 30 minutes for someone to show up. Air conditioning did not work. Location was fine.

It is not a hotel , it’s an apartment divided into 4 rooms , you have to open 4 doors to get into your room , I canceled at my cost the next days at that property

Rip-off for what you get in Milan

I picked this accommodation based on the location and the pictures advertised online. We found it quite over-priced for what we got. One small room and a bathroom. It was all very clean, I must say. There was an upstairs neighbor who was walking back and forth constantly and we could hear that above us at night. The safe did not work since there were outdated instructions. Overall, a rip-off for the price

I had a really bad experience with this place. There is not reception. I spent 45 mins in the street waiting for someone from the property to show up and give you access to the room. Room small, very different look as the picture. Definitely no recommended for a short stay in Milano.
