After finding out that the money was taken as well from the bank we asked hotel.com for support, however the Aelbistan hotel reject double billing and no support at all. "This is a good choice if you like authentic village settings - and dogs and cats! It's in a small stone village where the owner is renovating small cottages and turning them into tasteful guest accommodation. He's doing a nice job and is very helpful and friendly. He has a sweet little dog who lives in the breakfast area and there are other dogs and probably six friendly cats around, so dog and cat lovers rejoice!
