"parking was insecure. bad neighborhood. stayed 3 nights there were 3 loud fights and 1 arrest by police. no human staff day or night.. only clerk in india to check-in. key not functioning 2x reset daily. sink/toilet/tub dirty. bed mattress very thin. linen dirty. no refrigerator, microwave in room. sode machine not working."

After the situation was addressed, the managerial staff communicated what changes they would make moving forward. I felt listened to and I do believe they aim to satisfy their patrons. "

"The property is worn out, dirty, and is poorly kept ( other than the main area). My room smelled like a combination of sweat and marijuana. The whole place needs paint and carpet. They are grossly understaffed. With that said, the staff was WONDERFUL! They were friendly and worked so hard, trying to keep everyone happy. "
