"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. I booked this hotel for the pool access and the pool was not even open. Not satisfied. Felt i paid too much for what...

Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. "Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."

"There was a wedding that night that was louder than most concerts I’ve been too. I’m all about a good time but everything in the room was vibrating and went on til 10:30. The staff even asked them to lower it a little bit and they did for about 5 minutes and then turned back up. I would just check if there are any events going on before staying here again."
