"The hotel is quite the experience. A grand estate in a grand area with lots of history the hotel is beautiful and expansive. The layout is a bit confusing, and you might want to pack light as you will likely end up carrying luggage up or down at least one flight of stairs. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast in the manor house was a treat. Our only complaint was that the EV chargers were both essentially broken and there is only two which would have likely been unavailable considering the number of EVs in the parking lots."

"Staff were very helpful and nice. Parking was also convenient. The room was generally clean but had a smell"

"We came up from Queens as a way to get out of the NYC and to enjoy the pool and amenities. The cab ride from the train was only $12. The property is amazing and so well decorated. You can tell that the furniture and interiors were well thought out. The whole inside/ outside atrium was wonderful at night. I love how relaxed and safe the hotel felt and walking around the hallways was giving 'liminal spaces'. I highly suggest the half chicken and salmon meal from room service that we ordered twice. We ate once in the restaurant but they didn't have many options for vegan/veggie or kids, so it was nice -but- the room service was much better option for us. We really love the tiny shop of snacks and also there was a shopping center directly next to the hotel and a CVS we were able to walk over to. The main problem that would stop me from giving a 10/10 was that the pool , pool room and gym were not clean. We had a good time swimming on Friday and Saturday but by Sunday morning the pool was so dirty we didn't dare swim more than 20 minutes. Overall for ambience, location, price and experience I would recommend."
Holiday Inn Express Hauppauge-Long Island

"This was our first time staying here. I am picky, but I was pleasantly impressed. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Even the bath towels were better than some of the comparable hotels. Miyooki at the front desk was professional yet friendly. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we managed to be present during her shift. Little did she know that we were in town for a funeral and Miyooki’s warm and pleasant demeanor meant so much. If there was one thing that could be improved upon, it was the breakfast. I love a pot of hot steel oats. However, it was only available in the instant oatmeal packets. The sweet warm cinnamon rolls were a hit with our family though. We would certainly stay here again and think other front desk staff members should shadow Miyooki and observe how well she interacts with guests. I have a career in customer service spanning decades and industries, so I always take the time to complete surveys and compliment those who know what it means to deliver great service. Miyooki is a keeper!"

"every thing is ok in the property. I couldn’t find out anything wrong. if I will go back to New York staying the same hotel."
The Parc Hotel

"The breakfast includes a few Asian options and a few less American food items than you may be used to. The view from the tiki bar is worth a trip to the roof even if you don’t drink. The service is good. Regarding location, you can walk to the botanical gardens, Maine Street and Mets Stadium."
