"We had a rocky start to our stay as we didn't see anything about the hotel being contactless, nor the fact that there was no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. I contacted Ashley and she was absolutely fantastic! She was above to get us a 1 floor room for our 2 night stay, and since this was the end of a long travel day, her resolution was much appreciated! The room was great and there are a ton of things to do and places to eat within walking distance!"
