"The hotel is huge and must have been very beautiful back in the day. The pool area is still very beautiful, but my room had a peeling ceiling in the bathroom, and the hallway carpet looks like it has been there for a long while. They do give you a ride to the airport, and there is a bodega right across for stuff, including alcoholic stuff. There is also a Hispanic food truck right across the road proving great meals. The price was great though!! Will stay there again"

"Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and spacious and had everything you could need/want in there. The staff seemed to be bothered by interacting with you as you approached the desk to ask questions or get your nightly cookie/stout pairing at the bar downstairs. Neon light above the bed in our room was not operating and appeared to have the wires taken out or removed by either a previous guest or a staff member who did not replace/fix the issue. Brewery bartenders/staff were also very unapproachable. Everyone seemed to either be annoyed to be there or felt like they were doing more work than the others on staff and made it known to the guests. Property was very nice but it seemed like staff was waiting for "somebody else" to take care of apparent normal tasks such as taking out an overflowing garbage can for 2 straight days or cleaning up/wiping down tables that were visibly dirty. I know these are picky things but noticeable things that prevent this review from being 5/5 stars. Would stay again and would recommend the property to others who are visiting. Easy to get to downtown Columbus and the town of Canal-Winchester is very close and inviting to hang around and grab dinner/drinks/etc."

"I love the courtyard and gazebo on the water! I sat for a while in the rocking chair, watching the fountain, relaxing to sound of people having a good time. It was wonderful having a room with a courtyard view and immediate access!"
