"No room service No view Bright lights from the roof shining directly into our room (360) No coffee except for a 1/4 mile walk through the gross casino and then the coffee shop had no milk (and were rude about it). What kind of coffee shop doesn't have milk. Very bad experience all around."

"Room was musty. We got in late and went right to bed. Woke up to terribly dirty sheets. Son slept on the pull out couch and when we got the sheets out of the drawer they were dirty also. Complained and they gave us a new room. Pool was very small and outdated. Breakfast was ok. Glad they got donuts ..."

"The room had issues in the toilet and also the ceiling broke and ended up ruining a pair of shoes from a leakage. The description of the pictures was not accurate to the room. I was supposed to have a suite and had one regular room with balcony."
