"NO COFFEE!!! AC didn’t work in the room, told the about it but did nothing. Loud trains."

"Our family of 5 were on a 12 day road trip around Montana. I was so greatful to find a hotel conveniently located, with super comfortable beds, a nice sitting area to read and drink coffee while my crew slept in, AND there was a laundry room! Great place!"

"I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!"

"The bathroom shower curtain rod was installed so that the door hit it every time. It was ok, but only ok."

"It’s nothing elegant but fine for the price and a modest walk from Front Street and the riverfront. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles available at reception and that the guy at Reception was friendly. The room was utilitarian - I appreciated it had a small table for doing some work or having a meal. The bathroom was fine."

"Property is undergoing renovations and it’s messy plus the hallways smell like construction work. We were in a renovated room but the quality of work is questionable. Items hung crooked, toilet paper holder already falling off the wall….. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and gracious."
