Only complaint, our room is very noisy.

Friendly staff and good restaurant and bar - we ate at the Spaulding Steak and Ale - really decent steak and good beer too. Pleasant grounds and the garage, which had live bands that night is really close. Easy walk into the centre of Rochester as well. Recommended.

Arrived from the UK for a short stay to see friends, very helpful check-in staff, rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, the all inclusive breakfast is a nice added touch and a good way to start the morning. Will return in the future.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, not very local to shops town centre, but good stop short trip to Boston airport.

A very nice view from the balcony over the golf course, good facilities, very helpful staff

Clean and friendly inn located by some incredible scenery just a short walk away from the rooms. Staff were great and very helpful! Would recommend.

Excellent breakfast and excellent service

We stayed here for two nights to explore the area north of Limerick to North Conway. A beautiful historic house with individually designed and decorated rooms. Very helpful and welcoming host who provided what we requested for breakfast. The Town Grille across the road was very convenient for dinner although closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Wow, four poster beds so high you need steps to climb into them. I felt as though I was taking part in an amazing film set. Hunting trophies adorned the walls along with old photographs and pith helmets. Lovely and comfortable rooms. Quaint bathroom too.

Loved swimming at the private beach and being able to walk out to eat easily.

lovely room with great view of lake. everything was very clean and comfortable. the balcony door and blind were a little tired but that did not detract from our enjoyment of staying there.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. There is nothing we can say that is bad about it and we think anyone thinking of staying in this area would really enjoy their stay as we did. Mike the manager was really helpful to us and so was the rest of the staff, the room was clean and breakfast was enough for us. We are really grateful to the staff for making our stay a great one! Thank you all.
