"Great place for large groups or large parties. Everything you need is on site and close to downtown Dripping Springs for shopping. "

"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

"Beautiful property but the buildings are dated and there is no elevator. Bed was comfortable and the room was large with a great balcony. The lack of an elevator is keeping me from staying there again."

"The bar is not open when stated. The bartender was rude and unorganized. At night the ac didn’t kick back on causing the room to be warm"

"The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was fun. Unfortunately Lakeway Resort charges resort fees and resort prices — which don’t match the quality (or lack thereof). The bathroom was laughably small, in desperate need of updating, it flooded when anyone took a shower. Additionally the carpet in the room needed serious cleaning — pet stains, wine (or blood) splatters, and marks that any normal hotel would address. House keeping wasn’t great either — our call for extra towels was...

"Staff were missing most of the time. The pool was in bad condition, with live bugs in the water and dirty. The ice machine was broken, and the food (yogurt) and other things in the refrigerator were expired. The room was also not in very good Condition. The only good thing was the view (Mountains)"

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."
